We have recently altered the way in which we trade and have now become a members only retail club.
We have done this for several reasons. The main reason is that we now have a full record of each individual customers purchases. Should you wish to return an unused item within the 30 day grace period, you would no longer “have” to have your receipt.
Also, should you return a product back to us which you purchased from Future Fishing LTD and that product has since developed a fault, we can use this system as proof of purchase when going back to a supplier with a warranty issue on your behalf.
All purchases will be stored on our system for 12 months. (Please see our privacy statement for further information on data collection and our compliance with the new GDPR regulations) We can confirm that your personal data is held securely and will never be shared with any third parties for any purpose. Nor will we use it to contact you against your wishes.
Our loyalty/membership scheme means that whenever you shop in store, we will give you a point for every pound sterling spent. Each time you reach 200 points, you will receive a £5 reward which you can choose to either save on your account or spend when you shop with us in store. (details of your current loyalty points are available in store at the checkout or on your receipt)
Membership cards also help us to develop better relationships with you, our valued customers and tailor any offers based on the style of fishing you are interested in. (providing you confirm that you wish us to do so when signing up in store)
For the purposes of registering an account and shopping with us in store, we only need a name and either telephone number, postcode or email address. We will ask you if you wish to be contacted but this information is not specifically collected for mail shot or marketing purposes and you are free to request that we delete your account information at any time should you so wish. As stated above, we will never share or sell etc customer information with any third parties.
Shopping online on our website is not currently subject to the same loyalty scheme as our in store offer however we are in the process of making this tie in together so that you will accrue points on the same account in store or on our website.
